• use the website's contact, booking, newsletter or AI concierge features to send unsolicited commercial content, abusive content, or content that infringes the rights of any third party;
• make fraudulent reservations or impersonate another person when contacting us or booking.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website, and cancel associated reservations, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

All content on this website — including text, photography, video, graphics, the BethsAida name and logo, and the underlying source code and design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, frame, scrape, train AI models on, or commercially exploit any part of this website without our prior written permission.

We take reasonable care to keep room descriptions, photography, rates, availability and other information on the website accurate and up to date. Photography is representative; individual rooms may vary. Rates and availability are live and may change between the moment you view them and the moment you complete a booking — the rate confirmed at checkout is the rate that applies.

Third-party information (flight data on the SXM runway pages, weather, OpenStreetMap tiles, AeroDataBox flight data) is provided "as is" and we do not warrant its accuracy or availability.

The website contains links to third-party sites (Cloudbeds booking engine, online travel agencies, mapping providers) and uses third-party services to deliver bookings, messaging and analytics. Payment is taken in person at the property, not online. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties; their own terms and privacy notices apply when you interact with them.

Our AI concierge is provided to help with general information about the hotel and the area. Responses are generated by a language model and may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions. Conversations are processed by our AI provider and may be reviewed by us to monitor quality and prevent abuse — see our Privacy Notice for detail.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to the above, the website is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the website is limited to the amount (if any) you have paid us for use of the website.

Liability arising out of an actual reservation is governed by our Booking & Cancellation Terms, not by this section.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sint Maarten. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, or your use of the website, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance of Sint Maarten, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction where you reside or where damage occurs.
