An island house, built for the waypeople work today.
BethsAida was built on a simple conviction: that the working traveller to Sint Maarten deserves more than a corporate box by the runway.

A house built around the working day
Sint Maarten runs on business — the airlines and their crews, the marine industry of the lagoon, the consultants, contractors and remote workers who pass through Princess Juliana every week. For years, their only options were impersonal airport hotels or holiday resorts that never quite understood the working day.
BethsAida is the answer: a twelve-room boutique hotel and conference center that takes work seriously and hospitality even more so. Fast Wi-Fi and a proper desk, yes — but also a pool deck, a coffee lounge, and a team that knows your name by the second morning.
We're minutes from the airport and the marinas, a quiet base in the middle of everything that brings you to the island — and a place that's just as glad to host a weekend by the bay as a week of meetings.

We built this house for the person who answers email at the desk in the morning and takes their drink to the deck at five. Both halves of the day matter, and both should feel beautifully run.

Four things we won't compromise on
- 01
Built for business
A real desk in every room, fast Wi-Fi throughout, a co-work lounge and a conference center — for the traveller who comes to Sint Maarten to work, not only to holiday.
- 02
European in scale
Twelve rooms, not two hundred. Smaller, warmer and more considered than the big resorts — a boutique house where you're a guest, never a room number.
- 03
Caribbean in spirit
A pool deck, soft evenings, a coffee lounge and a genuine island welcome. We want you to work well and then, just as easily, to switch off.
- 04
Direct & personal
Book with us and you deal with us — a real person on WhatsApp, the best rate guaranteed, and the pick of the rooms. No call center between you and your stay.

Simpson Bay, with the runway as our backdrop
Our corner of the island is its busiest and most beloved — the lagoon, the marinas, the restaurants and beaches of Simpson Bay, and the famous approach to Princess Juliana International, where the afternoon flights come in low over the water. From our deck, it's the best free show in the Caribbean.
